Face Painting Disclaimer

Please read these important points:

I do hold public liability insurance.

I am not liable for any allergic reaction to the paints or cosmetics used.

If a person has skin allergies or sensitive skin they must have a patch test at our discretion.

I will not paint anyone who appears unwell or has any sign of skin irritation.

I only use quality professional paints and cosmetics which are skin friendly, suitable for delicate skins and are fragrance free.  They are all fully compliant with the EU & FDA and are non-toxic.

I reserve the right to refuse to paint any person for any reason.

All equipment is cleaned after every event.

I will take reasonable care but am not responsible for damage to clothing.

I will not be held liable for any damage or injury should they occur should the children touch anything on the table.

Please do not leave children unattended.  The children are your responsibility.

Face paints are easily removed with water.  A mild soap or face wash may be used.
